Early Life

He was born on 12th December in 1994. He was born in Mewat, Rajasthan.  It is a city in the region of Haryana and Rajasthan state of India. His father, working as a clerk in Noon district of Haryana and mother is a housewife.

Career

 He made his one day debut for the West Bengal in 2018-19 season in “Vijay Hazare Trophy” on the month of September 2018.

He also made his first-class cricket debut in the Ranji Trophy for the Bengal in the 2018-19 season on the month of December in 2018.

In Ranji Trophy seasons of 2019-20, while his team Bengal come to the point of defeat in a do or die match against Rajasthan, he played a lifetime memorable innings & made an unbeaten 61 runs for his team to make his team out of the situation. He proved his ability to play for his team against all odds situation. With 35 wickets & 499 runs, he was the centre point for the Bengal team.

Apart from this, he made his Twenty20 debut in the 2018-19 season for the Bengal in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on the month of February in 2019.

While playing for Bengal against Tamil Nadu when Bengal lost half of their side for 21 chasing the target of 287. He comes to the crease to make his side safe in the match & a century (107).

He also makes everyone impressed with his performance with a match taken six wickets that also included a hat-trick & scored 49 runs in West Bengal match-winning innings against Hyderabad.

On October month 2019, he was selected for the National Team of India for the Deodhar Trophy in the 2019-20 season.

In the Indian Premier League auction of 2020, he was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore. He got the attention of the audience & become the known & key player of India.

After a wonderful domestic season with both bat & bowl, he once again would be the most prominent player for the IPL in the upcoming season for his team Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Giving an interview to a leading media channel of India he told that, after being selected for his team in the IPL, Its a great news that the IPL is finally happening. I can’t wait to get started. There’s a gym where I stay. So thankfully was not go through the trouble staying in shape during the lockdown. I have focused on all three department batting, bowling and fielding. I have been picked as an all-rounder & should be able to justice to my role if I selected in the XI.

He also stated that he is very much excited to share the dressing room with Virat Kohli.
