In 2015 he releases another album Levels. He also performed in the drama film Goat released in September 2016. The film was directed by Andrew Neel. Next year in the same month he released the song Find you. Letter on the month of October he released the song Home and Watch me. The song Home was nominated for Golden Globe awards for best original song. In 2020 American singer and songwriter Gwen Stefani was replaced by him in the 18th season of The Voice.

He was dating  American singer and actress Selana Gomez in 2008. He proposed to Indian actress & Singer Priyanka Chopra in Greece on her birthday on July 18th 2018 & married her on December 1st 2018 at Umaid Bhawan Palace, it is located in Jodhpur in the state of Rajasthan in India. The couple has purchased their Luxury apartment for $ 20 Million ( Rs 147.59 Cr) in the hilly neighbourhood of Encino Calif in Los Angeles.

In the month of January 2010, he donated to his home Foundation named North Texas Food Bank $ 25,000 ( Rs 18.44 Lacs).  In the year 2017 Demi Lovato begin to raise funds for Hurricane survival. In March 2020 Along with her wife, Priyanka Chopra announced that we have donated to many organisations including UNICEF Feeding America, No Kid Hungry, and PM cares fund to fight against coronavirus.
