On the year of 1945 14th of July, he was born in Moolaipozhi, Tuticorin district in Tamilnadu.
His father’s name is Siva Subramaniya Nadar and his mother is Vamasundari Devi
He has completed his electrical and electronics engineering From PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore. Later on, he also received a pre-University degree from the American College which is in Madurai.

Mr Nadar established HCL Technologies in 1976. He was able to succeed in this company with some of his Partners like Ajay Chaudhary, Arjun Malhotra, Subhash Arora and some others.
Initially, he invested 1,87000 rupees for starting the operation of HCL Technologies.
