Early life

5th June 1972, in Panchur in Pauri Garhwal, which is now in Uttarakhand State. 

His father, Anand Singh Bisht, a forest ranger office and his mother Savitri Devi, is a housewife.

He has three brothers- Mahendra Singh Bisht, Manvendra Singh Bisht, and Shailendra Mohan.

And he has three sisters named Shashi Singh and two others.

At the age of 49, he is serving his state Uttar Pradesh as a chief Minister, and he is a monk. He is still living a bachelor’s life and is not married yet.

He has completed his B.Sc Degree in mathematics from “The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University,” which is in Uttarakhand.

Career

He joined the Ayodhya “Ram Temple Movement” in 1990 and came in touch with “Mahant Avaidyanath,” who was a missionary and politician. He was also a chief of “Gorakhnath Math.”

Adityanath came under the influence of him then and became his disciple.

And he became Yogi Adityanath from Ajay Mohan Bisht after he became his disciple.

In 1994 he became the chief of Gorakhnath Math. After four years in 1998, he became a member of the Indian parliament.

Soon after this, he became a parliament member. He established “Hindu Yuva Vahini,” which is a Hindu Nationalist organization.

He was elected a parliament member from the “Gorakhpur” (Uttar Pradesh) for five terms, which are in the year 1998,1999,2004.2009 and 2014.

In December 2006, he ran a three-day conference, “Virat Hindu Mahasammelan” at Gorakhpur, where so many Bharatiya Janata Party Members came to meet there with him, Including L.K.Advani, RSS Chief Rajendra Singh, Ashok Singhal, and so many.

At that conference, all these leaders came together and discussed Hinduism’s development all over the country.

In March 2010, he came with the women’s reservation bill in the parliament.

In 2017 he became a vital member of The Bhartiya Party in the Legislative Assembly election in Uttar Pradesh.

After the election, he was elected as the” Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh” on 19th March 2017.
